The Child Masters Series was inspired by a collection of random childrens' drawings. A crayon drawing of a snowboarder (that happened to exactly replicate the figure in de Goya's Execution of Maximillian) was the start of the series. I digitally replaced elements of masters' works with children's drawings, making them Child Masters.Woman With a Coffee Pot alters Paul Cezanne's' original Woman With a Coffee Pot painted in 1890. The face, hair and hands of the woman, as well as the decorative flower boarder were digitally integrated to replace the original elements in Cezanne's work.
